1. Deputy Advisor (Opinion)

  • Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
  • Department: Ministry of Law and Justice
  • Number of Vacancies: 1
  • Qualifications:
    • Foreign or local LLB or Barrister-at-Law or Solicitor.
    • At least 5 years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector.
  • Professional Credentials:
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, and Contracts.
    • Understanding of international law and the ability to provide legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.

2. Deputy Advisor (R&R)

  • Pay Package: MP-III Scale
  • Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
  • Department: Ministry of Law and Justice
  • Number of Vacancies: 1
  • Qualifications:
    • Foreign or local LLB or Barrister-at-Law.
    • At least 5 years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector.
  • Professional Credentials:
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing legislative documents.
    • Skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory issues.

3. Consultant (MP-III)

  • Pay Package: MP-III Scale
  • Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
  • Department: Office of the Attorney General for Pakistan
  • Number of Vacancies: 1
  • Qualifications:
    • Foreign or local LLB or Barrister-at-Law.
    • At least 3 years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector.
  • Professional Credentials:
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and Petitions.
    • Knowledge of international law and the ability to render legal opinions, particularly on International Investment Law or Trade Law.
