Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
✔ Master’s Degree (MBA/M.Com) in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
✔ Degree must be from a HEC-recognized university (Local or Foreign)
✔ Professional certifications (CFA, CA, ACMA, ACCA) are highly desirable
Experience Requirements
✔ 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or investment management
✔ Preference for candidates with experience in non-profit, foundation, or charitable sectors
✔ Strong knowledge of fund management, budgeting, and financial planning
✔ Expertise in investment analysis & financial audits
✔ Must have analytical skills, effective communication, and strong computer skills
Key Terms & Conditions
✅ Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
✅ Selected candidates cannot claim regularization of their services
✅ Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab
✅ Candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab jails as per the Competent Authority’s decision
✅ No TA/DA will be provided for tests & interviews
