Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Chief HR & Career Planning Officer: Master’s degree in HRM/Business Administration (16 years of education) with at least 15 years of experience in human resource management.
- Chief Commercial Officer: Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent with 15 years of relevant experience in revenue management and commercial operations.
- Chief Legal Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with 15 years of experience in corporate or regulatory legal matters.
- Chief Technical Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the power sector.
- Chief IT Officer: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12-15 years of experience in IT operations and management.
- Chief Supply Chain Management Officer: Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with 12-15 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
- Chief Internal Auditor: CA/ACCA/ICMA or equivalent with 15 years of experience in internal auditing and financial risk management.
- Chief Financial Officer: CA, CFA, or equivalent with 15 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
