Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the role of Deputy General Manager, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

Education:
MS or BE degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics
- Marine Engineering
- Naval Architecture
  (Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.)
Experience:
- A minimum of 15–20 years of relevant experience in a large industry or organization.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ship repair, maintenance, or the marine industry.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Age relaxation may be granted for extraordinary candidates.
