Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Technical Engineering Adviser
- Qualification: 16-year degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Post-qualification experience of at least 15 years.
- Sound knowledge of engineering and management in the energy sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Chief Human Resource and Career Planning Officer
- Qualification: MBA in HR, a relevant degree in Management Sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in HR management.
- Expertise in policy formulation, succession planning, and organizational development.
3. Chief Financial Officer
- Qualification: CA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- At least 15 years of financial management experience.

4. Chief Internal Auditor
- Qualification: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or certified internal auditor.
