• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Ph.D. in Mass Communications, Journalism, Media Studies & Communications, or Social Sciences (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, History).
    • Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in the same disciplines is also acceptable.
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of experience for Ph.D. holders OR 14 years of experience for Master’s Degree holders.
    • Professional experience at a senior level in media-related organizations, government, or corporate sectors.
    • Proven expertise in Digital Media Management.
  • Maximum Age: 62 years (calculated on the closing date of applications).

2. Digital Communication Officer (MP-III)

• Pay Scale: MP-III
• Number of Positions: 1
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Ph.D. in Mass Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Sociology, or IT-related fields.
    • Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in similar disciplines.
  • Experience:
    • 6 years of experience for Ph.D. holders OR 10 years of experience for Master’s Degree holders.
    • Senior-level professional experience in media organizations, government, or corporate sectors.
    • Expertise in Digital Media Management.
  • Maximum Age: 62 years (calculated on the closing date of applications).

3. Content Writer (Contractual)

• Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs. 75,000 per month
• Number of Positions: 1
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Computer Science, IT, Media Studies, Journalism, Communication, Business Administration, or English Literature.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content development.
