The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is hiring a Legal Advisor on a two-year contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals to work with a prestigious public sector organization and provide expert legal guidance in regulatory affairs.
Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Qualification: LLB/LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign institution. Candidates with a Barrister-at-Law degree are also eligible.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in legal advisory, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in the public or private sector.
🔹 Additional Requirements:
✔ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and laws in Pakistan.
✔ Expertise in legal drafting, regulations, and litigation.
✔ Excellent research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
✔ Must hold a valid High Court license.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters.
✅ Draft and examine rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
✅ Represent the organization in legal forums, including high courts.
✅ Handle litigation and legal proceedings efficiently.
✅ Conduct legal research and policy formulation.
