These positions are for the Research & Development and Training Centre (RDTC). Available Positions and Requirements
1. Technical Expert – Ceramics & Sanitary Wares Sector
- Qualification: 16 years of education
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, quality control, and product development in the ceramics and sanitary wares sector.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
2. Technical Expert – Metallurgy & Materials Sector
- Qualification: 16 years of education
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in metallurgy and materials science, including manufacturing, quality control, and product development.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
3. Technical Expert – Household Electrical Appliance & Allied Light Engineering Sector
- Qualification: 16 years of education
- Experience: At least 5 years in household electrical appliance manufacturing, quality control, and product development.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
4. Consultant – Taxation, Import & Export
- Qualification: 16 years of education
- Experience: Proven experience in advising on tax matters and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Expertise in import/export procedures and regulations.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
5. Consultant – IT (Marketing)
- Qualification: 16 years of education
- Experience: 5 years in e-commerce strategies, social media marketing, and data analytics for online sales optimization.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
6. Research Associate
- Qualification: 14 years of education
- Experience: Prior experience in market research, data collection, and marketing strategies.
- Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
7. Office Aide
- Qualification: Up to Middle/Matriculation
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in office tasks such as filing documents and organizing schedules.
- Age Limit: 20 to 45 years
