Available Job Positions
PHIMC is inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Director Health Insurance
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Financing, Actuarial Sciences, Health Planning, Business Administration, or Public Administration (HEC/PMDC recognized institutions).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in health insurance policy, planning, and operations.
- Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.
2. Manager Empanelment
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS (16 years of education) with a degree in Health Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration (HEC recognized).
- Experience: 5+ years in hospital operations, patient services, and related fields.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.
3. Manager Enrolment
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in data handling, public/private healthcare setup, and policy execution.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.
4. Manager Internal Audit
- Qualification: CA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 5+ years in internal audit, preferably in public/private organizations.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.
5. Deputy Manager Pre-Audit
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration (Finance), Commerce, or professional certifications like ACCA/ICMA.
- Experience: 3+ years post-qualification experience.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.
6. Deputy Manager Health Initiative
- Qualification: Degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Planning (HEC/PMDC recognized institutions).
- Experience: 3+ years in policy execution and health sector initiatives.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.
7. Assistant Manager Positions
- Assistant Manager Legal (1 Position)
- Qualification: LLB from an HEC-recognized institution.
